We may also receive ordinary technical information needed to operate and secure the service, including IP address, browser and device information, and request timestamps.

The Forecasting Brief

When you subscribe, we store your email address, the signup source, consent timestamp, IP address, user agent, and confirmation status. We use this information to verify your request, deliver newsletter issues, prevent abuse, honour unsubscribes, and maintain delivery records.

Unconfirmed subscriptions are removed after 30 days. Unsubscribed addresses are retained as a suppression record so we do not contact them again unless they resubscribe. You can unsubscribe from any issue in one click.

How we use and share information

We use personal information to provide and secure our services, respond to requests, and communicate where you have asked us to. We share it only with service providers needed to operate those services, such as hosting, database, analytics, and email delivery providers, or where the law requires it. We do not sell personal information.
